STEAM URBAN is a nonprofit that provides educational experiences for Black and Brown youth in urban communities. I worked on “The Power of Black Scientists,” where we highlighted Black scientists from the past and present. My role in this project was to research, strategize, and copywrite about the amazing inventions we would not have today without a Black scientist. I also designed fun activities to go along with the segments!
